  7. Licencing Agreement

  9. PopMan is supplied on an "as is" basis and the author is not liable 
  10. for any problems encountered while using it, either by direct or indirect 
  11. cause.  Users of this software, registered or not, assume all risk associated 
  12. with its use.  Anyone may use this software for free without registering it 
  13. for 30 days, and 30 days only.  After this period, they must either send the 
  14. registration fee to the author (as outlined below), along with their name and 
  15. mailing address, or discontinue their use of the PopMan software.  Registration 
  16. entitles the user to use the  PopMan software on one or more computers (one at 
  17. a time), or for multiple users to use the software on a single workstation.
  18. Any additional use requires additional registration(s).  The  PopMan software 
  19. may be freely distributed in its original form, but may not be in any way altered 
  20. or reverse-engineered.

  23. The licencing agreement is to be governed by the laws of the province of 
  24. Saskatchewan, Canada.
  25.  
  26. Registration of PopMan implies acceptance of the licencing conditions as 
  27. specified above.  Registered users will be sent a letter containing their 
  28. validation number upon receipt of the registration fee by the author.
